To provide our users with a stabilized, better quality service, we have decided to end support for versions earlier than 12.0.
Details regarding support termination are as follows.
•Termination date: August 11, 2025
•Service to be terminated: KakaoTalk update support for macOS versions earlier than 12.0
Those continuing to run macOS versions earlier than 12.0 may still use the KakaoTalk on a device, but will not be able to download the latest version of KakaoTalk from the App Store in the future.
In order to fully enjoy the newest features provided by KakaoTalk, you will need to upgrade your OS to macOS version 12.0 or higher.
Also, we may discontinue the support for the KakaoTalk version you are using.
Therefore, we strongly suggest you update your OS to the latest version to keep enjoying your KakaoTalk experience.
